Irish Clonakilty Black Pudding is Ireland's most famous Black Pudding. Made from a traditional recipe and using only natural ingredients, the pudding taste and texture are what make it unique.
Each ring is 420g.
Cooking Instructions
To Shallow Fry:
- Cut the Clonakilty Black & White Pudding approximately ½ inch thick
- Place a tiny amount of oil in the pan and heat to full heat.
- Reduce heat to medium and place the Clonakilty Black and White Pudding in the pan.
- Cook until crisp on both sides, turning occasionally.
To Grill:
- Cut the Clonakilty Black & White Pudding approximately ½ inch thick
- Turn the grill to medium heat.
- Place the Clonakilty Black & White Pudding on a grill tray.
- Cook until crisp on both sides, turning occasionally.
To Oven Bake:
- Cut the Clonakilty Black & White Pudding approximately ½ inch thick
- Turn the oven to medium heat
- Place the Clonakilty Black & White Pudding on an oven tray
- Cook until crisp on both sides, turning occasionally.
