Bocuse d’Or 2011 – Update

We have previously reported Aubrey Allen’s unflinching support of ‘Team UK’ and Simon Hulstone’s bid to win the prestigious Bocuse d'Or 2011. In fact, Simon recently visited Aubrey Allen HQ for a bit of product ‘fine tuning’ (sorry about the finger, Chef!).

We are now absolutely delighted to announce that two of our star butchers, Michael Perkins and Martin Crombie have been selected to represent England in the International Butchery competition which is taking place in Lyon on 21st January as part of the main competition. This is indeed an honour as our company looks not only to support the main endeavours of Team UK in the culinary equivalent of the Olympic Games, but also to be recognised once again for our butchery excellence on the World stage.
