Green Issues

• The construction of our new preparation plant was designed with an in house recycling system for heating: water, a natural by-product of refrigeration is put into a recycling house and generates heating and hot water for the rest of the building.
• Our efficiently organised transport and logistics team mean that delivery miles are kept to a minimum. 
• Our vans are limited to 3500revs – this gives up to 10% reduction in fuel usage.
• We wash and re-use delivery crates to reduce packaging.
• We have overnight staff available to take orders (and voicemail callback WHERE POSSIBLE). So if you wake up in the night and remember you need to order something, this can be checked and booked in before the van leaves to minimise unnecessary journeys 
• We eliminate paper-outflow by using email to promote our special offers.
