Made by Haydn Roberts in Upper Broadheath near Worcester, Lightwood Chaser is a triple-cream brie style cheese.  Extra cream is added to the milk before making the Chaser cheese, ensuring it has a rich, delectable fresh lemony flavour and smooth texture. Available as a round or heart shaped cheese.
