This crumbly 8 month mature from Mossfield Organic farm is handmade using the freshest cows’ milk from their dairy herd and suitable for vegetarians.  This organic Irish farm consists of mostly lush grass, wild herbs and clover which produces an ideal grazing environment for the herd.
